I am 24-years young and living in Canada with a passion for food, health, animals and environmental sustainability. I choose to follow a compassionate lifestyle that parallels these goals, and eating mindfully is a huge part of it for me. As a soon to be Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I hope to inspire others to lead a healthful lifestyle and teach my community how they too can nourish to flourish.
