Immunity Smoothie

As a regular smoothie drinker, I can sometimes get myself into a rut, drinking the SAME smoothie over and over again. Which is fine, because it’s a great smoothie (find the recipe here), but sometimes I get the craving to switch it up.

Now, we are currently facing a time where everyone is super concerned with staying healthy and boosting their immunity. To be honest, we should always be concerned with this, but hey, that’s just my two cents. Anyways, with all of this focus on immunity, I’ve been seeing a lot of recipes surface for wellness “shots” and tonics and the like. These are great if you like super strong ginger-turmeric flavours, but they often require a juicer, which can make things complicated (and we don’t want complicated- health should be easy!)

Anyways, I thought- why not take all of the goodness from these gingery juices, add something fruity, and throw it in a smoothie? This makes it simpler to obtain those incredible nutrients and immunity boosters, and honestly makes it a little tastier too.

And so I introduce to you… the Immunity Smoothie!

This smoothie is:

Sweet
Creamy
Gingery
Citrusy
Tropical
Immunity Boosting
Filled with Vitamin C
Like sunshine in a cup!

I’ve shared this recipe with many friends and it has been loved by all. It tastes like a creamsicle with a kick of ginger and makes your insides feel happy and filled with goodness. I hope you love it!
